In early 2023, having achieved my professional goals after 25+ years in the Consulting field, I made the decision to step out and define my ‘Chapter 2’.
I now dedicate a proportion of my time to coaching high performance women with the goal of supporting them to define and meet their professional and personal objectives.
Whilst we have seen significant improvements in gender parity, many high performing women are still overlooked and outpositioned in the workplace. My mission is to address this imbalance by supporting my clients to secure satisfaction, recognition and reward commensurate with their skills and contribution.
I offer individual coaching and mentoring, both in-person and virtual. The interaction model is tailored to meet your needs as a client.
An initial introduction meeting, without obligation, provides an opportunity for you to ask questions and explore the potential value for us to work together to realise your personal and professional goals.

A first, no obligation, telephone or video call provides the opportunity for us to meet and for you to ask questions. During this call you share information around context, goals and challenges. This call typically lasts 15 minutes and with mutual agreement, we establish a coaching agreement and set up an initial Discovery session of goal setting as the first step on the journey together. 3, 5 and 10 session packages of 45 minutes are available.
The frequency of coaching sessions is tailored to you and your objectives. Meeting frequency between once per week and once per month suits the needs of the majority of clients.
